| searched but all i could really find were posts about people's cars not starting... I'm having a weird issue... I just finished my TT swap, car stars, no fluid leaks or anything which made me happy. However after the first start, I went to shut it off when I realized my alternator was bad and not charing the battery. I turned the key off, and car kept running and stock alarm went off (after market did not). I tried a few more times, same thing. Ended up shutting it down by pulling the negative post. Replaced alternator, start car up, all good. go to turn it off, same thing, only this time the alarm didn't go off.... Pulled negative battery terminal, car kept running still... killed it by pulling a fusible link... ideas? TT with an NA EFI harness using an EBC with a Z1 ECU.
